1. Agreement and Confirmation
This Agreement is made effective on the date of booking between Wedding DJ Company (WDJC) and the Client. By confirming your booking, you engage WDJC to provide professional DJ services and equipment for your event, and WDJC accepts the engagement subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

2. Event Details and Services
WDJC is booked to perform at the Client's event at an agreed-upon location on the scheduled date. Services include a tailored DJ performance, necessary sound equipment, and any additional support services as agreed during the consultation. Details of the performance package will be provided prior to the event.

3. Payment Terms
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required upon booking to secure your event date.
Balance: The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the event.
Overtime: Should you request an extension beyond the agreed performance time, an additional hourly rate will apply. All additional charges will be clearly communicated in advance.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Cancellation
For cancellations made less than six months before the event, the full remaining balance is payable. For cancellations made more than six months before the event, only the deposit will be forfeited.

Rescheduling: If unavoidable circumstances necessitate a change of date, rescheduling is subject to WDJC availability. Any approved changes will be documented in writing, with any adjustments to fees communicated upfront.

5. Crew Provisions
To ensure the smooth operation of the event, please provide two meals and soft drinks on the day, one for the DJ and one for the technical assistant.

6. Equipment and Liability
WDJC will supply all necessary equipment for the event. The Client is responsible for safeguarding this equipment during the event. In the event of loss, damage, or breakage caused by event guests or other factors not attributable to WDJC operational errors, the Client will be liable for the repair or replacement costs.

7. Force Majeure
WDJC is not liable for any delays, interruptions, or cancellations resulting from circumstances beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to, road traffic incidents, natural disasters, acts of terrorism, pandemics, or other unforeseen events.

8. Indemnification and Insurance
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless WDJC from any claims, damages, or losses arising from the Clients conduct or omissions during the event. We also recommend that the Client secures appropriate event insurance to cover any unforeseen liabilities.

9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this Agreement should first be addressed through informal negotiations. Should these efforts fail, the dispute will be resolved through mediation and, if necessary, binding arbitration in accordance with applicable law.

10. General Provisions Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the relevant jurisdiction.Entire Agreement: Your booking document constitutes the entire agreement between WDJC and the Client and supersedes all previous discussions or agreements.

Modifications: Any changes or amendments must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Amendments: WDJC reserves the right to update these terms from time to time. The version applicable is that which was in effect at the time of booking confirmation.
